Have a critical dimension? Identify it in your drawing or project notes. Printed dimensions can vary, so any fit, clearance, hole size, or tolerance that matters must be called out before quoting.

Your model is used only to review and fulfill your request.

US shipping

Shipping is quoted before you pay.

Include your full US address with your model. We review the packed order and include shipping in the quote before any invoice is sent.

Our print platform

Produced on a Bambu Lab P1S.

The enclosed CoreXY platform combines a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume with automatic bed leveling, vibration compensation, and pressure-advance calibration. Bambu Lab lists a maximum toolhead speed of 500 mm/s; actual settings are selected for the geometry and finish each part needs.

Practical print quality

Every order uses a shop-controlled profile. We choose orientation, supports, wall count, infill, and layer settings to balance surface finish, strength, and turnaround.

  • Enclosed printing for more stable ABS production
  • Automatic calibration supports repeatable first layers
  • Finished parts receive a visual quality check

Order policies

Clear expectations before we print.

Quote & payment

Quotes are valid for 7 days. Full payment is required before custom production begins.

Files & dimensions

You must have permission to reproduce submitted files. Critical dimensions and tolerances must be identified before quoting.

Changes & cancellations

Changes after approval may require a revised quote. Once printing begins, custom orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

Print variation

FDM parts may show layer lines, support marks, seams, and small dimensional variation. We select settings to produce a clean, functional result.

Problems with an order

If we produce the wrong quantity, material, color, or an agreed specification, we will review the order for a reprint or refund.

Shipping damage

Report shipping damage promptly and keep the packaging. Photos of the part and packaging may be required for a carrier claim.

About OMAXPrinting

Engineering experience behind every print.

I’m a mechanical engineer with hands-on experience producing in-house prototypes on Bambu Lab H2D and X1C printers. In my professional work, I fulfilled product requests and printed with PLA, ABS, TPU, and other materials. These prototypes supported real design work, and project managers and designers were pleased with the quality of the finished parts.

I created OMAXPrinting to bring that same careful, practical approach to creators, inventors, and teams who need dependable physical parts. I look forward to growing the business, meeting new makers, and helping more ideas move from a digital file to a finished print.

Curious about my past printing work? Ask me about previous prints and projects—I’d be happy to share what I can about the materials, challenges, and results.
