Information you send us
When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, shipping address, quantity, material and color choices, project notes, and uploaded models or drawings. We also keep order status, invoice references, shipping carrier and tracking details, and a limited record of email delivery attempts. The site uses technical data such as an IP address for abuse limits.
How we use it
We use this information to review and price your print, contact you about the job, produce and ship approved orders, keep order records, and protect the quote form from misuse. Only the owner can access customer files through the admin page.
Services involved
Our site stores quote records and files with its hosting provider. We use Resend to send order emails and Stripe to send invoices and process payments. A shipping carrier receives the delivery information needed to deliver your package. Payment card details are entered with Stripe, not on this site. These providers process information under their own policies.
Files and retention
Uploaded files and quote records stay in our system until the owner deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule yet. You can ask us to delete your files or an unused quote at the email above. For paid orders, we may need to keep invoice and transaction records in Stripe for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations, even after removing files from our site. Stripe and email providers may retain their own records.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your models or personal information. We share details only with the service providers needed for this workflow or when required by law. Admin access is restricted, files are not published as public links, and the form has abuse limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
We may revise this policy as the business changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
