Terms of Service
OMAXPrinting is a sole proprietorship providing custom 3D printed parts. Contact omak1@omaxprinting.com about a quote or order.
Quotes and payment
Submitting a file requests a quote; it does not place a paid order. We review printability and confirm the material, quantity, print price, shipping, expected turnaround, and any applicable tax before payment. Quotes are valid for seven days unless stated otherwise. Production starts only after you approve the final scope and pay the Stripe invoice.
Your files and specifications
You confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce every uploaded design. Tell us before quoting about critical dimensions, tolerances, fit, strength, intended use, and any special requirements. We may decline work we cannot print safely or reliably. We do not guarantee a part is suitable for safety critical or regulated use.
Print appearance and changes
FDM prints can have layer lines, seams, support marks, and dimensional variation. Material and color availability may change before a quote is approved. Changes after approval may require a new quote. Once production begins, a custom order cannot be canceled solely because you changed your mind; contact us promptly if you need to discuss a problem.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping is priced as part of the quote, before invoicing. Check the destination address before approval. After printing and inspection, we purchase a carrier label and email you tracking details when the order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates; let us know promptly if the package is damaged or missing.
Problems with an order
If the delivered part differs from the agreed material, color, quantity, or an expressly agreed specification, email us with the order reference and photos. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate reprint or refund. For shipping damage, keep the packaging so a carrier claim can be reviewed. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Files and privacy
We use your files to review and make your order. See our Privacy Policy for how we store and delete them. We do not acquire ownership of your design by accepting a quote request.
